Refund/Substitution/Credit Policy
• In the event a student is unable to attend a course for which he/she is registered and paid, the employing agency may substitute another student, who meets the course prerequisites, upon notification to TAPS. This applies only for the course/date/location for which the original student was registered.
• In the event the student initiates a cancellation, TAPS will refund 50% of the tuition fee up to 10 days prior to the beginning of the course, or apply the full amount for up to one year towards any future registration.
• There are no refunds given for cancellations if made less than 10 days prior to the start date of the class or for classes not attended; however, 50% of the funds may apply to a future registration for up to one year.
• In the event TAPS initiates a course cancellation, all student fees will be reimbursed via the original method of payment
